Where is the Deccan Crackers shop?
Our shop is on the Narsingi – Puppalaguda Main Road, Narsingi, Hyderabad, Telangana 500089 — a few minutes from Manikonda, Puppalaguda and Kokapet. It is open from 1 to 10 November 2026, 10:00 am to 1:00 am.
Do you deliver crackers in 30 minutes?
Yes. From 1 to 10 November, during shop hours, we deliver in about 30 minutes to Manikonda, Narsingi, Puppalaguda, Kokapet, Alkapur Township, Lanco Hills, Gandipet, Financial District, Nanakramguda, Khajaguda and nearby areas. Farther areas like Tellapur and Tolichowki get scheduled delivery slots.
How much is the delivery charge?
Delivery is not charged online. The delivery charge depends on distance and is paid in cash or UPI to our delivery partner when your package arrives. Store pickup is free.
Can I pre-book Diwali crackers before the shop opens?
Yes. You can pre-book and pay online now and choose a delivery slot or a pickup date between 1 and 10 November. Pre-bookings until 31 October can use the EARLYBIRD code for 7% off orders of ₹2,000 or more.
What discounts do you offer?
Discounts apply automatically by order value: 5% off ₹2,000+, 10% off ₹5,000+, 15% off ₹10,000+ and 20% off ₹20,000+, plus a free gift on orders of ₹15,000 or more. Only one discount applies per order — the biggest one you qualify for.
Which brands of crackers do you sell?
Most of our range is from Standard Fireworks, Sivakasi, along with Ayyan roll caps and a few items from other licensed Sivakasi makers. Every product page says which brand it is.
How do I pay?
Pay online by UPI, card or net banking at checkout through our secure payment partner (PhonePe). The delivery charge is the only thing you pay at the door.
Can I order on WhatsApp?
Yes. Tap any "Order on WhatsApp" button or message +91 80740 68450 with the items you want. We will confirm stock and send you a payment link.
Can I order crackers using ChatGPT or Gemini?

Since when have you been selling crackers?
We have been selling Diwali crackers to families around Manikonda and Narsingi since 2019. 2026 is the first year you can also order online.
Safety
What is the safest way to burst crackers with children?
Let children use sparklers, flower pots, chakkars and kids-special items with an adult right next to them. Wear cotton, keep a bucket of water and sand ready, light crackers at arm's length with an agarbatti and never re-light a cracker that did not go off.

Do you take bulk or community orders?
Yes. Apartment communities, offices and families who order together get one consolidated delivery and usually reach the 15–20% discount tier. Use the Bulk orders page or WhatsApp us for a quote.
