Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to buy crackers. By ordering you confirm that you are an adult and that the crackers will be used by or under the supervision of adults.

Prices and discounts

Prices are in Indian rupees and include GST. Automatic order-value discounts and promotional codes apply as described on the site; only one discount applies per order (the largest you qualify for). Promotional codes may be withdrawn at any time. Delivery charges are separate and paid at delivery.

Orders and payment

An order is confirmed only after successful online payment. Orders placed through WhatsApp or AI assistants (such as ChatGPT or Gemini) are created on this website and are subject to the same prices and terms; you pay on our secure payment page. Product images show the pack; the actual effect and colours may vary between batches.

Safe and lawful use

You agree to follow the safety instructions on each pack and on our safety guides, and the rules announced by the Government and local authorities, including permitted bursting hours and any restrictions on types of crackers. We may refuse or cancel orders where the law or safety requires.

Liability

Fireworks are manufactured by licensed third-party makers. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for injury or damage caused by misuse, unsafe storage or failure to follow instructions. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Indian consumer law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in Hyderabad, Telangana have jurisdiction.
