What personal information Deccan Crackers collects when you order, why, and how we protect it.

What we collect
When you order: your name, mobile number, optional email, delivery address and landmark, and — only if you tap "Share my exact location" — your GPS location for the rider. We also keep your order history and any messages you send us. Payments are processed by our payment partner (PhonePe); we never see or store your card or UPI PIN.
How we use it
To deliver your order, contact you about it (call, SMS, WhatsApp, email), provide support and refunds, prevent fraud, and meet legal and tax obligations. With your consent we may send occasional festival offers; you can opt out at any time.
AI assistants and partners
If you order through an AI assistant (for example our ChatGPT GPT), the assistant sends us the details you choose to share to create your order. Their own privacy terms apply to your conversation with them.
Sharing
We share only what is necessary with our delivery partners and payment partner. We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies and analytics
We use essential storage to keep your bag and session. We count clicks on our WhatsApp, call and directions buttons without identifying you. If we add analytics, it will be with your consent.
Retention and your rights
We keep order records as required for tax and legal purposes and delete other data when no longer needed. You can ask to see, correct or delete your information by writing to info@deccancrackers.com.
