Quick answer
In recent years, following Supreme Court directions, authorities in Hyderabad have limited bursting on Diwali to a short evening window — typically 8 pm to 10 pm — and encouraged or required green crackers. Always check the official 2026 notification from the Telangana Police or Hyderabad / Cyberabad Police Commissionerate before Diwali.
Rules on firecrackers in India come from Supreme Court directions and are applied locally by state governments and police commissionerates. They can change every year, so treat this page as a guide and check the official 2026 notification for your area (Manikonda and Narsingi fall under Cyberabad Police).
Bursting hours
In recent years the permitted window on Diwali night has usually been around 8 pm to 10 pm. Bursting outside the notified hours, or near hospitals, schools, courts and religious places designated as silence zones, can attract penalties.
Green crackers
"Green crackers" are formulations certified by CSIR-NEERI to reduce emissions; their boxes carry a green logo and QR code. Where green crackers are mandatory, only those may be sold or burst. On our product pages we never claim an item is green unless the pack carries the certification.
Sound limits
Very loud crackers and long garlands are often restricted. If you live in an apartment community, check your association rules too and be considerate of elderly neighbours, infants and pets.
Our approach
We sell only to adults (18+), hand over orders only to adults, and include safety guidance with every order. If the 2026 notification restricts any item, we will remove it from sale and refund or swap affected orders.
